From the moment you walk in, Sheila at the front desk greets you with the utmost kindness. She is incredibly organized, welcoming, and truly such a bright light. Alvita is hands-down the best dental hygienist in town. She has such a fun, lively personality while also being an absolute expert at what she does. She made my appointment enjoyable and provided exceptional care and great laughs from start to finish. Dr. Bettner was equally incredible. I needed two cavities filled, and he was able to complete both procedures without any numbing—and I experienced absolutely no pain. He completed my dental work perfectly while being remarkably gentle, efficient, and skillful throughout the entire process. Dr.Bettner was also very personable, he took the time to chat with me and make me feel comfortable, and he never seemed rushed. I truly felt like he cared about me as a person, not just as a patient. The team at this office is unmatched in both kindness and expertise. I could not recommend Southside Village Dental more highly, and I am so grateful for their services!

Found them through my insurance, but checked the reviews beforehand. Was not disappointed. Great overall experience, exactly the peace of mind you'd want front a dentist (especially if you haven't gone for several years and are dreading it). Probably telling on myself now but whatever. Highly recommend

For my first visit… I felt like this was the best choice…. I haven’t seen a dentist in almost 5 years … and I feel like this dentistry was the one that was meant for me..! I felt very comfortable…! I already know 1/3 of the staffs names…. This is now my second visit “next day”. Super excited, gonna get a deep clean..!!

I am thrilled at finding them. The staff is great in every way. I love Dr. BETNER , He is not only a good dentist but honest and caring. I for the first time had a proper teeth cleaning. Other hygienists were only polishing them. I would highly recommend them. I give them a ten. Gail Jeffrey.

I had the best experience at this office as a new patient. Sheila at the front desk is friendly and professional. Analisa, my hygienist, took such great care in cleaning my sensitive teeth. First time I’ve ever left the dentist without discomfort! Dr Bettner is knowledgeable and kind. All around the best dental practice I’ve ever experienced.
